Martin Bednář heads the Competitiveness and TTE Unit at the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the European Union. He graduated from Charles University in Prague and later Leiden University in the Netherlands, where he focused on European law and European studies. He also previously worked at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
